Customer Inquiry Guidelines
Please review the following before submitting your inquiry to LIFE CORPORATION.
All personal information you provide will be managed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Your data will be transmitted securely using SSL encryption.
Should you experience any issues with our products, please visit the store where you purchased them during business hours for an exchange or refund.
Please bring your receipt if you still have it.
- 1.Reply emails sent by LIFE CORPORATION ("the Company") are provided solely to respond to the individual customer making the inquiry.
- 2.Any reproduction, reuse, or disclosure of the response, in whole or in part, without the Company’s consent is strictly prohibited.
-  3.Email responses are available Monday through Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (excluding Sundays and January 1–3).
 Inquiries received on Sundays or during the New Year holidays will be answered on the next business day or later.
 Depending on your inquiry, we may require additional time to provide a response, or we may be unable to reply.
 We may also contact you even if you have not requested a response. Thank you for your understanding.
 
- 4.We will not respond to inquiries that are deemed defamatory or abusive.
-  5.Please review the following regarding email reception.
 
-      (1)	If you are using a mobile or smartphone email address with reception restrictions,
 please add “@lifecorp.co.jp” as an approved domain.
-       (2)	Upon submitting your inquiry, you will receive an automated confirmation email at the provided email address.
 If you do not receive the email, please review your email settings and submit your inquiry again.
-  6.We are unable to respond to emails concerning business proposals from other companies.

Handling of Personal Information
LIFE CORPORATION ("the Company") will strictly manage the personal information provided by customers in accordance with the Company's regulations and handle it as follows.

2.Purpose of Use
- The Company will use the personal information provided by customers solely for the purposes listed below.
- (1) To provide information or respond to inquiries and requests from customers.
- Any modification of the purposes of use stated above will, in principle, be communicated to the customer in writing and used only with their consent.
3. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
The Company will not provide personal information to third parties.
Entrustment of Personal Information
The Company will not entrust personal information to external parties.
5. Joint Use of Personal Information
The Company will not share personal information with other companies.
6.Inquiries Regarding Disclosure of Personal Information
(1)	The Company will respond to requests for notification of the purpose of use, disclosure, correction, addition or deletion, suspension of use, erasure, or suspension of provision to third parties (“Disclosure, etc.”) after confirming that the request is made by the customer or a duly authorized representative.
Personal information obtained in relation to a request for Disclosure, etc., will be used solely to the extent necessary to respond to the request.
After your inquiry has been received, a representative will promptly provide the necessary documents for Disclosure, etc. ("Personal Information Disclosure Request Form").
(2)	Please send, by mail, the complete set of required documents to the “Personal Information Inquiry Desk.” (Postage costs will be covered by us.) If any required information is missing from the documents, we may not be able to respond to your request for Disclosure, etc.
Required Documents
- (1)Upon receiving your inquiry, we will send you a "Personal Information Disclosure Request Form."
 Please complete the form and return it to us.
- (2)A document that can verify your identity (a copy of an official ID such as a driver's license, health insurance card, pension book, certificate of residence, passport, or alien registration card).
 *When sending these documents, please be sure to black out information such as your registered domicile or health/medical details
 (e.g., physical or medical condition) so that they are not visible.
 *In cases where we already have information such as your name, phone number, or email address,
 we may be able to verify your identity using that information. Please contact us for details.
- (3)If a request is made on behalf of the customer, a letter of authorization from the customer is required.
7.Customer Choices Regarding Personal Information Provided in Inquiries
The provision of personal information to the Company by the customer is, in principle, voluntary.
            However, if personal information is not provided, we may be unable to respond appropriately, which may result in inconvenience for the customer.
8.Collection of Personal Information Through Means Not Easily Recognizable to Customers
The Company does not collect personal information (such as cookies) through methods not easily recognizable to customers.
